Personal Data we collect
Candidates When you register with us as a candidate to assist you in finding workplace opportunities we will process your data including but not limited to your name, your CV, and your contact details. Where permitted by law we may also collect information relating to your health (eg disability information for reasonable work adjustment purposes), diversity information including ethnic origin, race, sexual orientation and religion (for equal opportunity monitoring purposes) as well as details of any unspent criminal convictions where required by a Client.
We may also obtain personal data about you from third parties, including
Publicly available sources such as Linkedin, job boards, and social media sites to enhance the information we hold about you to assist us in finding more suitable roles for you
Clients to whom we have given your CV and who have engaged with you either as part of a job application or who have given feedback on your CV
Prospective Candidates We collect personal data about you, including your name, contact details and professional biographical details obtained from publicly available sources such as Linkedin, job boards and social media sites, so that we can contact you if we think you may be interested in us providing you workplace opportunities. We may also obtain your personal data through another candidate or an employer who recommends you as a contact.
Clients We collect personal data such as your name, job title, and contact details. We also process personal data in connection with any communications you may have with us including letters, texts and emails. We also process personal data about you from public domain sources such as Linkedin and social networking sites.
Suppliers, We ordinarily collect your name and contact details as a business contact for your organisation.

Who we share your Personal Data with
We will share your personal data as follows:
Candidates - We share your personal data with Clients who have job vacancies in which you are interested. We will not share your personal data with any client before obtaining your consent to do so.
Prospective Candidates - We do not share your data until such time as you consent for us to put you forward as a Candidate
Clients and Suppliers - We share your data only in connection with regulatory requirements placed upon us and in the ordinary course of business.
Note – we never offer nor sell personal data to other organisations for any purpose which is not directly related to the conduct of our business.
How long we hold your Personal Data for
We keep your personal data for as long as we need to accomplish the purpose for which we collected it in the first place. This may be for an ongoing purpose. To clarify, if you are a Candidate or Prospective Candidate we may keep your personal data on file for a number of years as it is our goal to build long term relationships with individuals in support of their career development.
We keep some personal data longer than others. When deciding on the appropriate period of retention we take into account a number of factors such as the reason for processing your personal data, including any legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements, the type of personal data we are holding, and the potential risk of harm to you from the unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data.
Your rights regarding the Personal Data we hold about you
You have a number of rights under GDPR law. These include asking us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.
