At Samuel Roberts Associates, we are searching for a publicly listed client of ours, to find a number of Business Development Managers to facilitate their growth.

The Company are a global leader in the provision of business information with coverage over a number of sectors inclusive of Pharmaceuticals, Finance, TMT Consumer and others. The company has offices around the world and has enjoyed a sustained period of growth in spite of global economic conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Using a combination of high activity, passion, planning and strategic time management, the team is required to create and maintain robust sales pipelines, with the key goal of achieving sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, and ensuring year-on-year sales and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for the full sales and relationship life-cycle with clients from generating sales leads and pitching to key decision-makers in a variety of roles.
Working closely with the Analyst and Research teams you will tailor product demonstrations and ensure that responses to proposals and tenders meet the client’s needs and are able to be satisfied by the business, both from an output and timing perspective.
Desired Experience
At least 2 years full 360 sales cycle experience, with a demonstrated history of being able to sell into C-level clients.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets (candidates must be able to show past year’s numbers).
Hunter Mentality - passionate about developing new business through a multi-channelled approach
Comfortable selling syndicated and custom data solutions
Strong client interaction skills - Considerable experience of working with both internal and external clients and in preparing and conducting sales presentations to Senior Management
Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators.

Commission for the role is uncapped with many in the company taking advantage of accelerators involved geared for overachievement.
Basic salary is Circa £30-35,000 + OTE of £25,000
